How it all started...
In <year>, Rev Carl Beery began an apostolic church in the basement of his home. They grew and purchased a building at <address> in <year>. Eventually, they moved to the current location, purchasing the building from the Nazarene Church.
Expanding the vision...
Rev. Beery resigned the church and Rev. Jimmy Walker was unanimously voted in as pastor by the 5 voting members in <year>. He served as pastor for 35 years.
Where we are headed...
After Rev Walker passed away in <year>, the church elected Rev Archie Beavers as pastor. He is working to grow the reach of the church and has begun a daughter-work in Beardstown, IL in 2019.
